Is there an application timing cut-off?

The Manning Monthly Income Fund accepts applications on a monthly basis. If you would like to invest in the Fund, we need to receive your application no later than four (4) Sydney business days prior to the end of the month

 

I have made a new application for the Fund, when will my account be direct debited?

If you have chosen to remit funds via Direct Debit (as opposed to BPAY or EFT), the Direct Debit will occur four (4) Sydney business days prior to month end – please ensure the account you have nominated is sufficiently funded

 

When will I receive the contract note acknowledging my new investment in the fund?

Contract notes acknowledging all new investments are sent to investors approximately on the 13th Sydney business day of each month

 

When are Monthly Income Distributions paid to investors?

If you elected to receive Monthly Income Distributions (as opposed to selecting the reinvestment option), the funds will be paid to your nominated account approximately on the 11th Sydney business day of the month

If you elected to reinvest your Monthly Income, the updated value of your holding in the Fund will be outlined in your Monthly Investor Statement

 

When will I receive a Monthly Investor Statement outlining my holding in the Fund?

Monthly investor statements are sent to all existing investors approximately  on the 11th Sydney business day of each month

 

Additional investments

How do I apply for an additional investment in the fund?

If you are an existing direct investor, please complete the one-page Additional Units Application Form

 

Redemptions

How do I place a redemption request?

If your investment in the Manning Monthly Income Fund was placed via a Financial Adviser, please contact your Adviser directly.

If you are a Direct investor in the Fund, please email [email protected] for a redemption form

 

Is there a timing cut-off for monthly redemption requests?

All redemption requests must be received no later than ten (10) Sydney business days prior to the end of the month

 

When are redemptions paid?

If you lodge a redemption request no later than ten (10) Sydney business days prior to the end of the month, your funds will be paid approximately on the 11th Sydney business day of the following month
